Eligibility & Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of delivery. Simply use our user‑friendly online return portal to start the process.
Please note that exchanges are not available for international orders, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer

Refunds

Once we receive and process your returned items, we will issue your refund for the product purchase price within 7 business days.
Keep in mind that shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non‑refundable for all orders, regardless of country.
