Where We Ship From

Every piece of Crytale jewelry is handcrafted with care and artisanal detail in India. To ensure fast and reliable global delivery, your order is then shipped from Hong Kong.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 9–19 business days, depending on your location.Please note that this estimate does not include delays caused by shipping carriers, such as severe weather, customs processing, or peak holiday seasons.

Worldwide Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. No matter where you are, we strive to deliver your jewelry safely and dependably.

Shipping Costs

We provide competitive, affordable shipping rates while maintaining fast and hassle‑free delivery:

  • Free worldwide shipping on all orders of $250 or more.
  • For orders under $250:

    United States: $5.90
    All other international locations: $10

Taxes & Duties

All product prices are globally inclusive of taxes and duties. You will not face unexpected fees upon delivery—everything is settled at checkout. Only shipping costs will be added to your total.Please note: taxes, duties, and shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. We do not ship on weekends or official bank holidays. To ensure timely arrival, we recommend placing your order in advance.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you can track its status directly through your online order page.Tracking information may take up to 5 business days to appear, as packages require carrier scanning. If you need assistance, feel free to message us—we will happily track your package for you.

Missing or Delayed Tracking Updates

If your tracking link shows no new activity, please allow up to 5 business days for updates. This delay is normal during carrier processing. If concerns continue, contact our team for support.

Package Marked Delivered But Not Received


On rare occasions, carriers may mark a package as delivered early or secure it nearby to prevent theft or damage. First, check around your delivery area, and ask household members or neighbors.If the package is still missing, contact your shipping carrier with your tracking number, or reach out to us for help. Please note we cannot reship or refund orders marked as delivered that remain missing.

Combined Shipping

When you order multiple items with different production times, we will ship them together in one package to reduce our carbon footprint and support our eco‑friendly values.Your order will arrive based on the longest delivery time among the items purchased.
